The importance of conferences as a source of information for innovation and the generation of knowledge

Scientific progress emerged in ancient Greece and the Middle East as a result of the evolution of thought from a mythological perspective. People there regularly gathered to discuss and debate the advances made in various disciplines. In this sense, the communication of scientific knowledge is essential, achieved through publications, dissemination, and participation in scientific events, which validate the quality of scientific research and, at the same time, lend prestige to the work presented. Currently, the need to attend scientific conferences is undeniable in a world where international relations and the exchange of knowledge and experiences are increasingly important.
