The studies analyze therapeutic interventions and clinical management in rehabilitation and pediatric care. The Perfetti method proposes a comprehensive neurocognitive rehabilitation approach for post-stroke hemiplegic patients, combining sensory and motor stimulation to promote cortical reorganization. In the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the “Dr. Ovidio Aliaga Uría” Children’s Hospital, patient categorization showed a predominance of highly dependent and high-risk cases, especially during the afternoon shift, highlighting the need to optimize human resources. Finally, a clinical case of developmental dysplasia of the hip demonstrated that conservative therapeutic exercise improved joint anatomy and neurodevelopment, avoiding surgical interventions and emphasizing its effectiveness as a non-invasive treatment.
